We all want to loose weight at some point or another in our lives, that is a fact. Unfortunately looking up how to do so online can be time consuming, tedious and just not an enjoyable process to go through.

Trick One: To manage and lower the amount of sugar we are eating on a daily basis. Sugar is a from of carbohydrate which is broken down and digested quickly after being eaten.
Fructose (a type of simple sugar) often found in sodas is know to increase peoples hunger which isn’t the ideal situation when we are trying to loose weight. If we lower our sugar intake down our overall hunger levels will go down which in turn will lead to us eating less food.
Keeping sugar to a minimum each day with no more than 40 grams is a sensible goal to aim for.

Trick Two: Eating more vegetables, veg contains low amount of calories and at the same time can be really filling which is a good way of tricking our body into thinking we are full when actually we have only intaken a small amount of calories. Low carb vegetables include: Broccoli, Cabbage, Tomatoes and Lettuce.
Remember, Do not be afraid to have a large plate of vegetables, as mentioned previously they are low in both calories and carbohydrates. which is a good quick trick when trying to loose weight.
Trick Three: Our next tip is to drink a bottle of water 30-45 minutes before eating meals. This is another way in which we can trick our body into thinking its more full than it actually is. All you have to do here is get yourself a 500ml bottle of water which you can continue to fill up before each meal, this is a great trick and really does work, in fact a study indicated that drinking a bottle of water before each meal increased weight loss by just over 40% over a three month period.
Trick Four: The final easy trick we can do to increase weight loss is simply eating our food slowly. When we eat food to quickly the body doesn’t have time to process and digest the food we are intaking which can lead to over eating which in turn leads to weight gain. When we eat our food slowly making sure to chew it properly we make sure it is being digested properly this stops our body from getting confused and thinking it needs more food.
Those are four simple but yet surprisingly effective tricks for weight loss, these tricks are well worth trying as they are super easy to do and require minimal effort.
